What was the highlight of Sea Lion Hotel
For business travel excellent, since very well reachable, no driving through busy town.
Reception was friendly and professional, help with making the parking lot accessable. Breakfast with view of the sun rising over the sea, looking down on the beach. Good start of the day.
Elevators were a bit small, for claustrophobic people not so good. Outside the season most restaurants in the neighborhood were closed.

What was the highlight of Sea Lion Hotel
A great place to stay for a relaxing holiday.
I used the swimming pool a lot. It was end of season so I often had it to myself, which was great. Occasionally shared with just a few others, which was OK too. My room had a great balcony with sea view. The air conditioning worked. However, if the key card was removed from the slot or the balcony door was open it switched off. Very sensible, but it confused me at first! Breakfast at the hotel was included for me and it was pretty good. I like bacon and eggs and English Breakfast Tea, I was well served with those options! I had one evening meal at the hotel, which was nice enough. Usually I ate out. There was a nice pizza (and arrosticini) place across the road, and a Gelateria too. There was a shopping Mall nearby with steak house, and supermarket. The local number 2/ bus stop was close by, it was a 30 minute ride to and from Pescara. There was a very long promenade, stretching for miles. Lots of people doing their morning exercise before it got too warm.
The room was a bit small. It was OK for me as a single person but a couple on a long stay might find it a bit cramped. Pack accordingly! No kettle in the room, I got used to it after a while. Last bus back from Pescara was at 21:30.

Good location. Good bed.
Very Italian style breakfast. Many cakes. But not many vegetables, fruits.
